Home Care For Elderly

My mother is now haveing trouble getting around, can barely walk. We live in Prince George's County, Maryland. We only need to provide about five hours a day. It has a limited income. and is on dialysis, who is taking her medication makes her sleepy. Full-time job and can not be there that day. nobody knows who can help me.
